this year's theme for the christmas decors is "valentine's in december" - or something like that. so our group's take on the popular angry birds is "hearty birds" (pagbigyan nyo na kami). we designed a setup similar to the game wherein kids can try to knock down the display.
i brought my nephew josh for the kiddie party. dami daw niya nakuha na regalo from the associates hehe. di na ako nakakuha during the kiddie parade kasi ako ang nag-ikot kay josh sa office during the gift-giving. |

a different kind of christmas party for the tyco team. slumber party! so you should be in your pj's or any *decent* sleepwear.
hindi na ako nakisali kasi i sleep naked (just kidding).

a trip to hk wouldn't be complete without going to hong kong disneyland.
there was a new area called toy story land which wasn't available the last time we were there.
try the rc racer hehe. it is like enchanted kingdom's anchors away but much higher, much steeper and much faster.
and this time, we were able to stay for the fireworks :) |

second time around hong kong with my baby (pang-apat na trip na niya sa hk hehe, di naman adik no?) and like last time, meron kaming mga "chaperone" hehehe...
we were with ate (jhundy's ate) and her officemates.
halo-halo na yung pictures since mostly we were there for shopping, shopping and more shopping. |

this time around sa manila pavilion kami kumain for the annual christmas dinner. medyo napaaga nga lang ng konti since we had it on the last day of november (hey it was a holiday, might as well enjoy it).
we were supposed to have it at sofitel but due to unforseen circumstances, we had to change it to manila pavilion.
by the way, this is supposed to be lei's wedding reception for the group hehehe. at salimpusa lang ata ang mga boys since it was only the girls who exchanged gifts.

help clean the beach and get fed afterwards? not a bad deal.
we went back to anvaya cove for a little team building activity.
it was just a little over a year but the difference was stunning. the water was littered with thrash - i was told it was thrash from manila getting washed by the tide helped in part by the recent typhoon. kainis!
anyway, after the beach cleanup, we were offered buffet brunch. sorry walang masyadong pictures kasi... ang sarap ng brunch! hehe
aside from the beach cleanup, there was also tree-planting and other "green" activities lined-up - but we skipped to the "next activity".
zip line! well, i'm just going to let the pictures do the talking.
going home, dumaan kami kina emir for dinner. ANG SARAP NG PAGKAIN KINA EMIR. hindi na ako nagtataka kung bakit mataas ang standard sa pagkain ni emir. thanks to the reyes family for accommodating us.

had our company outing at club balai isabel.
the weather wasn't good - gloomy and overcast - perfect "bed weather" sana. but at least it wasn't raining.
this time magkahiwalay kami ng team ni jb. she was with the blue team who won first. i was with the orange team who won SECOND (second! second! second!). runners-up were the gray team (third) and yellow team (fourth). |

this time di na ako salimpusa! prosti - este proxy - na pala ako hehe :p
tyco (ay TE na pala) had their teambuilding at caliraya. i was supposed to be one of the organizers (actually helper lang kasi di naman ako tumulong) wearing a gray shirt. kaya lang may *nag-backout* sa pink team (the other team's the blue team) so i had to take his place para even numbers pa rin (besides i like the color of the shirt - baby piiiink ahaay :p).
activities during the actual teambuilding include indoor games (pinoy henyo, charades, win-lose-or-draw) and outdoor games (pinakagusto ko yung spider-web challenge - where each member has to go through a maze of rope - ala spiderweb).
yung blue team naging "powder blue" - as in pinulbos ng baby pink team :p

icon's (that's cie and sai's) first birthday at tgif at trinoma! and like the wedding - no scrimping on planning. paano ba naman ilang years in the making ito (counting the wedding hehe).
something unique sa kiddie party na ito - may candy bar!!! kaya lang dapat daw for the kiddies lang ito - but i managed to sneak a few trips to the candy bar - and so did a few others i know are not kiddies anymore (see photos for evidence :p) |
